“I recently attended a day long workplace first aid course which was facilitated by Nicola Watson in your Christchurch teaching facility. The day was a mixture of half-day refresher attendees and myself and another gentleman doing the whole day. I was particularly impressed with Nicola’s ability to cater to all skill levels and ensure all attending were fully engaged.
The use of some teaching aids that appear to be of her own creation is a credit to Nicola’s dedication to ensure a full understanding for attendees , but ensuring the strict guidelines of the unit standards were adhered to.
