It’s easy to be up-beat and have a positive outlook when everything in life is going well, but our ability to recover and keep moving forward when difficulties arise, can become more of a challenge. Why are some people more capable of this than others? It all comes down to personal individual resilience levels.
Resilience is the ability to respond positively to challenges, recover and keep forging ahead. Thankfully, resilience can be developed, and this half-day workshop has been created to help do just that – to improve personal levels of resilience in your team.
The key component of our Building Resilience training workshop is for those attending to become more self-aware. The key focus is on how to observe and pinpoint negative thinking, and learn key strategies to reframe challenges as something to overcome, rather than percieve them as threats. Those participating, learn essential key approaches for emotional regulation and self-control, stress mitigation and growing their personal resilience levels.

Building Resilience training takes a deeper look at what happens when our body is under stress and analyses how these bodily reactions impact how we think and our behaviour. Participants review the meaning of resilience and learn to perceive difficulties as challenges to overcome, rather than threats or problems. This course equips participants with practical tools they can use in all aspects of their work and personal lives.
