IMPROVE WORKPLACE WELLBEING & MENTAL HEALTH
Our Building Resilience training takes a closer look at what happens when our body is under stress and reviews how these body reactions influence our thinking and behaviour. Participants will review what it means to be resilient and learn to reframe the things that happen as challenges rather than threats or problems. The strategies learnt in this course provide participants with practical tools they can use in all aspects of their lives.

WE ALL FACE CHALLENGES AT VARIOUS TIMES IN OUR LIVES BUT IT IS HOW WE RESPOND TO THOSE CHALLENGES THAT CAN MAKE A REAL DIFFERENCE.
It might be easy to be positive when everything is going well, but our ability to get back up on our feet and keep moving forward when challenges come, can be more difficult. Why is it, that some people are better at this than others? The answer can be found in an individuals’ personal levels of resilience.
Resilience is the ability to respond positively to adversity, to bounce back and find a way forward. The good news is, this is a skill we can grow and develop and this half-day workshop is designed to do just that – to increase the personal levels of resilience in your staff.
Helping participants become more self-aware is a key component of our Building Resilience training course. In this training, we focus on how to recognise and identify negative thinking, and learn to reframe adversity as a challenge to overcome, as opposed to a threat. Participants will learn helpful strategies for stress mitigation, emotional regulation and self control, increasing their own levels of personal resilience.
